摘　　要：目的:探讨奥瑞姆(Orem)理论下的行动导向宣教模式对冠心病(CHD)术后患者自我管理能力及遵医行为的影响。方法:回顾性收集我院2023年2月至2024年3月收治的105例CHD术后患者病历,根据不同宣教方式,将接受常规宣教的53例患者作为对照组,接受Orem理论下的行动导向宣教模式的52例患者作为观察组,比较两组遵医行为、护理满意度,以及术后、出院前1 d两组BDI-Ⅱ、BAI、AHSMSRS、HPLP-Ⅱ评分。结果:出院前1 d观察组BDI-Ⅱ、BAI评分均低于对照组,AHSMSRS、HPLP-Ⅱ评分及遵医总依从率、护理总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Orem理论下的行动导向宣教模式应用于CHD术后患者,能提高其遵医行为水平、自我管理能力、护理满意度,改善不良心理状况,促进患者养成健康生活习惯。Objective:To explore the impact of the action-oriented education model under Orem theory on the self-management ability and medical compliance behavior of patients after coronary heart disease(CHD)surgery.Methods:The medical records of 105 patients after CHD surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively collected.According to different education methods,53 patients who received routine education were taken as the control group,and 52 patients who received the action-oriented education model under Orem theory were taken as the observation group.The medical compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction,and BDI-Ⅱ,BAI,AHSMSRS,HPLP-Ⅱscores of the two groups at the time after surgery and 1 day before discharge were compared.Results:The BDI-Ⅱand BAI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the AHSMSRS,HPLP-Ⅱscores,the total compliance rate of medical compliance,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the action-oriented education model under Orem theory in patients after CHD surgery can increase their medical compliance behavior level,self-management ability,nursing satisfaction,improve adverse psychological conditions,and promote patients to develop healthy living habits.
