摘　　要：目的:分析omentin-1、STAT3、BNP水平与扩张型心肌病慢性心力衰竭(DCMCHF)患者疗效的关系及其临床意义。方法:回顾性选取2022年1月至2024年1月河南宏力医院收治的122例DCMCHF患者,依据3个月后疗效,分为有效组(74例)、无效组(48例)。比较两组不同治疗时间的omentin-1、STAT3、BNP水平,分析患者疗效的影响因素及三者联合检测对患者治疗无效的预测价值。结果:病程>12年,治疗前LVEF>39.09%,治疗1个月后omentin-1>202.24 ng/ml、STAT3>0.83 ng/ml、BNP>145.37 pg/ml均为治疗无效的危险因素(P<0.05);omentin-1、STAT3、BNP联合预测DCMCHF患者治疗无效的AUC高于各指标(0.928 vs 0.772、0.823、0.771,P<0.05)。结论:血清omentin-1、STAT3、BNP水平与DCMCHF患者疗效有关,三者联合检测可为判断疗效提供参考。Objective:To analyze the relationship and clinical significance between the levels of omentin-1,STAT3,and BNP and the efficacy of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and chronic heart failure(DCMCHF).Methods:A retrospective selection of 122 DCMCHF patients admitted to Henan Hongli Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 was made.According to the efficacy after 3 months,the patients were divided into an effective group(74 cases)and an ineffective group(48 cases).The levels of omentin-1,STAT3,and BNP at different treatment time were compared between the two groups.The influencing factors of the patients'efficacy and the predictive value of the combined detection of the three for the ineffective treatment of patients were analyzed.Results:A disease course>12 years,a pre-treatment LVEF>39.09%,and levels of omentin-1>202.24 ng/ml,STAT3>0.83 ng/ml,and BNP>145.37 pg/ml one month after treatment were all risk factors for ineffective treatment(P<0.05).The AUC of the combined prediction of ineffective treatment in DCMCHF patients by omentin-1,STAT3,and BNP was higher than that of each index(0.928 vs 0.772,0.823,0.771,P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of omentin-1,STAT3,and BNP are related to the efficacy of DCMCHF patients.The combined detection of the three can provide a reference for judging the efficacy.
