摘 要:生成式人工智能的问世与发展正为知识服务、生产方式与社会经济带来深刻变革。梳理生成式人工智能的研究与实践现状,发现生成式人工智能具有高效生产、需求锚定与沉浸体验的技术特征。文章围绕基础设施层、数据资源层、内容创作层与场景衍生层构建起生成式人工智能赋能档案馆服务质量优化的总体框架,并结合现有实践案例与经验,从引进技术设施、开展数据喂养、深化用户交互等方面探索实践路径,为新技术环境下档案馆服务的建设提供借鉴。The advent and development of generative artificial intelligence is bringing profound changes to knowledge services,production methods and social economy.This paper sorts out the researches and practice status of generative artificial intelligence,and finds its technical characteristics in efficient production,demand anchoring and immersive experience.Based on the infrastructure layer,data resource layer,content creation layer and scenario derivation layer,the overall framework of service quality optimization of archives enabled by generative artificial intelligence is developed,and combined with existing practical cases and experience,the practical path is explored from the aspects of introducing technical facilities,developing data feeding and deepening user interaction,so as to provide reference for the development of archival services in the new technology environment.
