大跨度箱形截面拱式渡槽的工程应用及研究分析

摘  要:跨越深山峡谷的各种大跨度渡槽设计是灌区建设中亟待解决的问题。针对海南省牛路岭灌区工程引水总干渠1#渡槽需跨越万泉河生态保护区,存在跨度大(计算跨径长达115 m)、台风盛行的技术难题,主拱圈设计采用变宽等高箱形截面,利用桥梁博士V4.4等结构计算软件,采用空间杆系有限元分析方法对拱结构模型进行力学分析。结果表明,对于窄渡槽采用变宽等高箱形截面,主拱圈在拱脚处产生的附加弯矩较小;同时随着截面尺寸由拱顶到拱脚逐渐加宽,拱圈横向稳定性得到加强,承载力得到提高。采用变宽等高箱形截面拱圈可以在满足承载力的同时,有效地控制拱圈自重在作用效应中所占的比重,使结构受力更加合理。Currently,provinces and cities across China are advancing the construction of irrigation areas of various scales.This development presents design challenges for long-span aqueducts that traverse deep mountainous valleys,which hydraulic engineers urgently need to address.This paper focuses on Aqueduct No.1 of the main canal in the Niululing irrigation project in Hainan Province,which spans the Wanquan River Ecological Protection Area,posing technical difficulties due to its large calculated span length of up to 115 meters and the prevalence of typhoons.The main arch of the aqueduct is designed using a variable-width,equal-height box section.Structural calculations are performed using software like Dr.Bridge V4.4,employing spatial beam finite element analysis methods to conduct a mechanical analysis of the arch structure model.The results indicate that for narrow aqueducts,using a variable-width,equal-height box-section main arch results in minimal additional bending moment at the arch springer.Furthermore,as the cross-sectional dimensions gradually increase from the arch crown to the arch springer,the lateral stability of the arch is enhanced and its bearing capacity is improved.Utilizing a variable-width,equal-height box-section arch not only meets the required bearing capacity but also effectively manages the contribution of the arch’s self-weight to the overall structural effect,leading to a more rational distribution of structural forces.
