摘 要:由于顶管掘进施工具有速度快、隧洞一次成型、环保、安全等优势,被广泛应用于基础设施建设。顶管掘进技术主要应用于城市浅埋的土质地层中,长距离岩石顶管掘进的案例较少,岩石顶管掘进的适宜性与评价方法还缺少判别标准和依据。重庆观景口水利枢纽岩性多样,岩石强度差别大,构造和水文地质条件复杂,岩溶发育,引水隧洞采用顶管施工,在不同的地质条件下效率差别大,在复杂的地质条件下出现了卡管、突涌水等多种问题。通过总结观景口引水隧洞岩石顶管在不同地质条件下的主要工程地质问题,提出了适宜于岩石顶管掘进的标准,对类似的工程具有一定的参考价值。Pipe jacking construction is widely utilized in infrastructure projects due to its advantages,including high speed,seamless tunnel formation,environmental friendliness,and safety.This technology is primarily applied to shallow-buried soil strata in urban areas.However,long-distance pipe jacking in rock masses is relatively rare,and the suitability and evaluation methods lack standardized criteria and guidelines.At the Guan Jingkou Hydropower Station in Chongqing,the lithology is diverse with significant variations in rock strength,complex geological and hydrogeological conditions,and developed karst features.Pipe jacking is employed in the construction of diversion tunnels,where efficiency varies considerably under different geological conditions,leading to issues such as pipe sticking and water gushing.By summarizing the main engineering geological challenges of pipe jacking under various geological conditions in the diversion tunnel of Guan Jingkou HPP,standards for rock pipe jacking are proposed.These standards aim to provide valuable references for similar projects.
