摘　　要：多产业合集的文体旅融合发展是地方文体旅提质升级的重要举措,以“文化先行、全球在地化思维、人才培养、持续深度建设”为手段,探索出一条符合辽宁省地方发展特色,具有在地性、创新性、国际性、可持续发展的辽宁文体旅融合发展道路是辽宁文体旅建设发展的重要保障。The integrated development of cultural,sports,and tourism industries through multi-industry fusion is a crucial measure for enhancing the quality and upgrading of local cultural,sports,and tourism sectors.By adopting strategies such as"culture-first approach,global localization thinking,talent cultivation,and sustained deep construction",exploring a development path that aligns with the local characteristics of Liaoning,and embodies locality,innovation,internationalization,and sustainability,serves as a vital guarantee for the development of Liaoning's cultural,sports,and tourism integration.
