摘　　要：本文旨在探讨推动上海文化创意产业发展的策略。文章首先追溯了上海文化创意产业的发展脉络,进而紧密结合上海的现实情境,精准锁定了两大关键挑战:创新动力的匮乏与产业协同的薄弱。在此基础上,本文提出上海应以国际会展、国际赛事、国际展览为突破口,实施科技驱动、顶层设计与产业融合、事业与产业协同发展等策略,以推动文化创意产业的高质量发展。文章强调充分利用科技作为创新引擎,优化生产关系,多元化应用生产工具,实现文化创意产业的全面繁荣,为上海建设成为国际文化大都市贡献力量。This paper explores the development of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries and proposes strategies for positioning Shanghai as a leading example in this field.The article first traces the development trajectory of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries,and then closely integrates the actual situation of Shanghai to accurately identify two key challenges:insufficient driving force and weak interconnectivity in Shanghai's current industry landscape.Based on these issues,the paper suggests that Shanghai should leverage international exhibitions,global sporting events,and other global platforms as entry points.Strategies such as technology-driven development,top-level design,industry integration,and coordinated development between public sectors and industries should be implemented to drive high-quality growth.The paper emphasizes the importance of using technology as an innovation engine,optimizing production relationships,diversifying production tools,and ensuring comprehensive prosperity in cultural and creative industries to contribute to Shanghai's construction as an international cultural metropolis.
