摘  要:文中以最小化航班推出延误时长与车辆行驶时长为目标,构建混合整数规划模型.设计基于自适应大邻域搜索的多方案池方法,并额外考虑求解时间因素以选择较优的邻域搜索算子.南京禄口国际机场实证研究表明:基于多方案池的飞机牵引车实时调度方法可大幅减少航班延误事件,并可有效提高车辆运行效率.其相较传统人工调度,航班推出延误时长与车辆行驶时长分别下降约90.9%与38.7%;相较基于最优插入的调度,上述指标分别下降约88.9%与25.9%.A mixed integer programming model was constructed with the goal of minimizing the delay time of flight launch and the driving time of vehicles.A multi-scheme pool method based on adaptive large neighborhood search was designed,and the solution time factor was considered additionally to select a better neighborhood search operator.The empirical results of Nanjing Lukou International Airport show that the real-time scheduling method of aircraft tractor based on multi-scheme pool can greatly reduce flight delays and effectively improve vehicle operation efficiency.Compared with traditional manual scheduling,the delay time of flight launch and the driving time of vehicles decrease by about 90.9%and 38.7%respectively.Compared with the scheduling based on optimal insertion,the above indexes decrease by about 88.9%and 25.9%respectively.
