摘 要:文中对整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接的温度场和应力场进行了系统的模拟分析,并开展了一系列5083-H116铝合金整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接接头疲劳实验.在此基础上,以焊接变形和残余应力为初始条件,基于热点应力更新了适用于整体挤压成型带筋薄板T型焊接接头的疲劳等级曲线.与传统焊接接头相比,挤压板焊接接头横向残余应力提高了22.04%,焊接角变形降低了46%.结果表明,焊接变形和残余应力对传统薄板焊接结构的疲劳效应更为敏感.The temperature field and stress field of T-welding of integrally extruded ribbed sheet were systematically simulated and analyzed,and a series of fatigue tests of T-welded joints of integrally extruded ribbed sheet of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy were carried out.On this basis,taking welding deformation and residual stress as initial conditions and based on hot spot stress,the fatigue grade curve suitable for integral extrusion forming T-shaped welded joints of ribbed thin plates was updated.Compared with the traditional welded joint,the transverse residual stress of the welded joint of extruded plate is increased by 22.04%,and the welding angular deformation is reduced by 46%.The results show that welding deformation and residual stress are more sensitive to the fatigue effect of traditional thin plate welded structure.
