摘 要:在进行FPSO局部细化网格结构强度分析的过程中,存在子模型法与嵌入式模型两种方法,虽然二者都被CCS认可并加入到规范中,但实际上两种方法的计算出结果存在一定差异.为了研究这两种方法对于分析结果的影响,探究细化分析模型处理的通用手段,本文利用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件,建立某FPSO的三维有限元模型,借助CCS_FPSO_DSA计算工具,分别用子模型法与嵌入式模型构建局部细网格模型并计算分析,对比研究两种方法的使用细节与计算结果.结果表明,使用基于CCS_FPSO_DSA的子模型法相较于嵌入式模型方法,在载荷映射上存在问题,导致计算得出的结果不够准确.目前阶段使用CCS_FPSO_DSA对FPSO进行局部细网格强度分析时,子模型法仍需完善.In the strength analysis of FPSO local refinement mesh structure,there are two methods:sub-model method and embedded model.Although both of them are recognized by CCS and added to the specification,there are some differences in the calculation results of the two methods.In order to study the influence of these two methods on the analysis results,and to explore the general means of detailed analysis model processing,a three-dimensional finite element model of an FPSO was established by using MSC.Patran/Nastran software.With the help of CCS_FPSO_DSA computing tool,a local fine mesh model was constructed by using sub-model method and embedded model respectively,and the calculation results were compared.The results show that the sub-model method based on CCS_FPSO_DSA has some problems in load mapping compared with the embedded model method,which leads to the inaccurate calculation results.At present,when CCS_FPSO_DSA is used to analyze the local fine mesh strength of FPSO,the sub-model method still needs to be improved.
