摘  要:船体的舱口角隅是容易产生应力集中的区域,使得其疲劳问题尤为严重,成为结构容易破坏的位置.介绍应用海洋工程领域的的热点应力法,为此选取某大型散货船典型节点—舱口角隅为研究对象,设计和开展缩比模型试验,建立其有限元模型,综合试验与有限元计算结果验证了有限元方法的正确性,在此基础上,对角隅拐角形式以及过渡半径进行有限元参数分析,并采用CCS《船体结构疲劳强度指南》对其进行疲劳强度评估.结果表明:热点应力法对于舱口角隅的疲劳评估有较好的适应性,舱口角隅疲劳强度评估建议采用D曲线,角隅拐角的形式以及过渡半径的增加对于角隅减缓应力集中效应以及提高疲劳寿命具有重要意义,为船舶舱口角隅结构抗疲劳设计提供参考.The hatch corner of the hull is an area where stress concentration is easy to occur,which makes its fatigue problem particularly serious and becomes a position where the structure is easy to be destroyed.Combined with the hot spot stress method,a typical joint of a large bulk carrier-hatch corner was selected as the research object,and its finite element model was established.And the scale model test was designed and carried out.The results of comprehensive test and finite element calculation verify the correctness of the finite element method.On this basis,the corner form and transition radius are analyzed by finite element parameterization,and the fatigue strength is evaluated by CCS“Guide to Fatigue Strength of Ship Structures”.The results show that the hot spot stress method has good adaptability to the fatigue evaluation of hatch corners,and D curve is recommended for the fatigue strength evaluation of hatch corners.The form of corner and the increase of transition radius are of great significance for the corner to alleviate the stress concentration effect and improve the fatigue life,and provide reference for the anti-fatigue design of ship cabin corner structure.
