摘  要:文中对比研究了两种不同破碎方式的再生水泥混凝土集料与天然集料水泥稳定碎石强度的增长规律.结果表面:再生集料强度与原始路面强度有关,全再生集料可以满足各公路等级的基层设计要求;水泥稳定碎石强度受再生集料表面水泥砂浆的影响,且随养护龄期的增加而增加;在工程设计前应提前验证水泥混凝土路面再生集料的级配和强度是否满足交通等级要求;采用就地破碎再生技术时,应延长养生时间以提高再生水稳基层的性能.The strength growth law of recycled cement concrete aggregate and natural aggregate cement stabilized macadam with two different crushing methods was compared and studied.The results show that the strength of recycled aggregate is related to the original pavement strength,and the fully recycled aggregate can meet the design requirements of the base of each highway grade.The strength of cement stabilized macadam is influenced by cement mortar on the surface of recycled aggregate,and it increases with the increase of curing age.Before engineering design,it should be verified in advance whether the gradation and strength of recycled aggregate of cement concrete pavement meet the requirements of traffic grade.When in-situ crushing regeneration technology is adopted,the curing time should be extended to improve the performance of reclaimed water stabilized base.
