摘  要:文中设计了10组混凝土弯曲韧性试块,采用四点弯曲试验评定其受弯开裂性能.通过对试验现象、抗折强度和断裂能的分析可知:掺入聚丙烯纤维会影响混凝土的和易性,当聚丙烯纤维体积掺量为0.1%~0.7%时,能够在不同程度上提高混凝土的抗折强度和韧性,其中体积掺量为0.4%时,试块的极限抗弯承载力表现最为优秀,体积掺量为0.2%时,试块的断裂能吸收表现最为优秀.Ten groups of concrete flexural toughness test blocks were designed,and their flexural cracking performance was evaluated by four-point bending test.Through the analysis of experimental phenomena,flexural strength and fracture energy,it is known that the workability of concrete will be affected by adding polypropylene fiber,and the flexural strength and toughness of concrete can be improved to varying degrees when the volume content of polypropylene fiber is 0.1%~0.7%.When the volume content is 0.4%,the ultimate flexural capacity of the block is the best,and when the volume content is 0.2%,the fracture energy absorption of the block is the best.
