摘 要:文中以某简支钢箱梁桥为例,通过建立导梁与主梁的简化理论模型和有限元模型,选用导梁与主梁的长度比a,单位长度的重量比b、主梁与导梁的刚度比c三个参数,利用位移法推导顶推过程中主梁的弯矩表达式,利用单一变量控制法对参数进行敏感性分析,对导梁参数进行改进,从而优化主梁的受力和变形情况.结果表明:参数a、b为主要的敏感性参数,参数c为次要的敏感性参数,参数a在0.54~0.72,参数b在0.08~0.18的范围内选取是合理的.Taking a simply supported steel box girder bridge as an example,the simplified theoretical model and finite element model of guide beam and main beam were established.Three parameters,namely,the length ratio a between the guide beam and the main beam,the weight ratio b per unit length and the stiffness ratio c between the main beam and the guide beam,were selected,and the expression of the bending moment of the main beam in the process of pushing was derived by using the displacement method.The single variable control method was used to analyze the sensitivity of the parameters and improve the parameters of the guide beam,so as to optimize the stress and deformation of the main beam.The results show that parameters a and b are the main sensitivity parameters,and parameter c is the secondary sensitivity parameter.It is reasonable to select parameter a in the range of 0.54~0.72 and parameter b in the range of 0.08~0.18.
