环氧沥青流变性能及固化特性研究

摘  要:文中研究不同保温温度和保温时间下环氧沥青的高低温流变性能、固化特性及施工容留时间.通过动态剪切流变仪(DSR)、弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)和布氏黏度仪对环氧沥青的高温、低温流变性能及布氏黏度进行了研究.同时,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)测试了不同固化条件下环氧沥青中环氧基团的相对含量.结果表明:在120℃下保温2 h的环氧沥青初始复合剪切模量为52.1 kPa,比25℃条件下高289%,并且其环氧基团转化率达到40.7%,比25℃条件下高32.7%.温度的升高会显著促进环氧沥青的固化,并加速其黏度发展.不过,即便在140℃下,环氧沥青黏度发展到2 Pa·s的时间不低于2 h,工作性能良好.The rheological properties,curing characteristics and construction holding time of epoxy asphalt at different holding temperatures and holding times were studied.The rheological properties and Brinell viscosity of epoxy asphalt at high and low temperatures were studied by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),bending beam rheometer(BBR)and Brinell viscometer.Meanwhile,the relative content of epoxy groups in epoxy asphalt under different curing conditions was tested by FT-IR.The results show that the initial composite shear modulus of epoxy asphalt kept at 120℃for 2 h is 52.1 kPa,which is 289%higher than that at 25℃,and its epoxy group conversion rate reaches 40.7%,which is 32.7%higher than that at 25℃.The increase of temperature will significantly promote the curing of epoxy asphalt and accelerate its viscosity development.However,even at 140℃,the viscosity of epoxy asphalt developed to 2 Pa·s in no less than 2 h,and the working performance is good.
