摘 要:文中以改性火山灰粉末为载体,氯化钠为融雪盐,单硬脂酸甘油酯为表面活性剂,制备了缓释型抗凝冰剂.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)试验、冰点降低能力试验、融冰率试验,研究了缓释型抗凝冰剂的微观形态,评价了融雪性能和缓释性能.结果表明:改性火山岩粉末对氯化钠的吸附、单硬脂酸甘油酯对盐化物的包裹效果良好;缓释型抗凝冰剂的氯离子含量为35.86%、吸湿率为0.53%,均满足规范要求,具备良好的缓释性能.研究成果提升了融雪盐的缓释性,可延长融雪盐释放年限.A slow-release anti-freezing agent was prepared with modified pozzolana powder as carrier,sodium chloride as deicing salt and glycerol monostearate as surfactant.By means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)test,freezing point reduction test and ice melting rate test,the micro-morphology of slow-release anti-freezing agent was studied,and the snow melting performance and slow-release performance were evaluated.The results show that the adsorption of sodium chloride by modified volcanic rock powder and the wrapping effect of glyceryl monostearate on salt are good.The chloride ion content and moisture absorption rate of the slow-release anti-icing agent are 35.86%and 0.53%,which meet the requirements of the specification and have good slow-release performance.The research results improve the slow release of snowmelt salt and prolong the release period of snowmelt salt.
