摘  要:针对现有电子式倾角传感器在电磁干扰或温度升高情况下测量精度较差的问题,采用电容液态介质倾斜后导致介电常数变化的原理,设计了一种新型电容式倾角传感器,通过试验对传感器进行标定、误差检验和温度稳定性测试,结果表明,传感器具有良好的线性关系,工作温度范围为0~100℃且在0~90°量程范围内的测量误差为±3%,由此证明了传感器在电磁干扰的矿山采空区边坡稳定性监测中具有应用潜力。In response to the issue of poor measurement accuracy of existing electronic inclinometer sensors under electromagnetic interference or temperature rise,a new type of capacitive inclinometer was designed based on the principle of variation in dielectric constant caused by the tilting of a liquid medium within the capacitor.The sensor underwent calibration tests,error tests,and temperature stability tests.The results indicated that the sensor exhibit a good linear relationship,working within a temperature range of 0 to 100 degrees Celsius,and has a measurement error of±3%within a range of 0 to 90 degrees.These findings demonstrate the potential application of the sensor in monitoring the stability of goaf slopes in mines with electromagnetic interference.
