摘　　要：为了深入地研究电弧的特征,需要精准、快速、全面地获取电弧数据,因此需要设计一种电弧发生数据采集视频记录实验装置,它可以在多种负载下产生电弧,并记录这些不同种类电弧的电流数据和视频。该装置设计了多种负载情况下针对多种电极材料的双电极和多电极电弧发生模块、数据采集模块、电弧视频记录模块、切换矩阵模块,为准确、快速、全面地获取电弧数据提供了有效的工具,同时推进了电弧数据、电弧特征和识别算法的进一步研究。In order to conduct in-depth research on the characteristics of arcs,it is necessary to obtain accurate,fast and comprehensive arc data.Therefore,it is necessary to design an experimental device for arc occurrence data acquisition and video recording,which can generate arcs under various loads and record the current data and videos of these different types of arcs.The device is designed with dual electrode and multi electrode arc generation modules,data acquisition modules,arc video recording modules,and switching matrix modules for multiple electrode materials under various load conditions,providing effective tools for accurate,fast,and comprehensive acquisition of arc data,while promoting further research on arc data,arc characteristics,and recognition algorithms.
