摘 要:智能炒菜机器人是应用于大型点餐场合、实现中餐标准化关键的一环。在实际使用中出现了同一型号的炒菜机器人烹饪同一种菜品,但其口味却不一致的情况。故对炒菜机器人整体的机制进行了研究,发现炒菜机器人的显示温度和炒菜锅锅体内壁温度间存在差异,并且温度传感器的安装对其有很大影响,因此,在生产过程中对温度传感器的安装提出了规范要求,研究了达到一致性的校准方法,解决了在标准化条件下菜品口味不一致的问题。在温度校准领域和炒菜机器人生产方面都具有借鉴性意义。Intelligent cooking robots are applied to large-scale ordering occasions and realize the key link of Chinese food standardization.In actual use,the same model of cooking robot cooking the same kind of dishes,but its taste is inconsistent.Therefore,the overall mechanism of the cooking robot was studied,and it was found that there was a difference between the display temperature of the cooking robot and the temperature of the inner wall of the cooking wok,and that the installation of the temperature sensor had a great influence on it.Therefore,the requirements for the installation of the temperature sensor during the production process were put forward,and the calibration method to achieve consistency was investigated,which solved the problem of inconsistent tastes of the dishes under the standardized conditions.It is informative both in the field of temperature calibration and in the production of cooking robots.
