摘 要:为控制电量信号频率的波动行为,有效节约电力能源,提出惯量调节下的新能源并网电力系统频率波动控制方法。按照惯量调节机制,组建以光伏组件为接入对象的并网电力系统,并计算该系统运行期间的电压、电流模量,实现基于惯量调节的新能源并网电力系统规划。将电压、电流模量输入到模糊PI控制器中,并确定电力谐波频率标准,分析具体的控制作用效果,完成新能源并网电力系统频率波动控制方法的设计。实验结果表明,应用惯量调节控制方法后,电量信号传输频率不再出现明显的波动性变化态势,表示该方法的控制效果较为明显,能够较好解决新能源并网系统的电力能源浪费问题。To control the fluctuation behavior of power signal frequency and effectively save power energy,a frequency fluctuation control method for new energy grid connected power systems under inertia regulation is proposed.According to the inertia adjustment mechanism,establish a grid connected power system with photovoltaic modules as the connection object,and calculate the voltage and current modulus during the operation of the system to achieve the planning of new energy grid connected power system based on inertia adjustment.Input voltage and current modulus into the fuzzy PI controller,determine the frequency standard of power harmonics,analyze the specific control effect,and complete the design of frequency fluctuation control method for new energy grid connected power system.The experimental results show that after applying the inertia adjustment control method,there is no significant fluctuation in the frequency of power signal transmission,indicating that the control effect of this method is more obvious and can effectively solve the problem of power energy waste in new energy grid connected systems.
