6种杀虫剂对大豆玉米带状间作田草地贪夜蛾的防治效果

摘  要:为了筛选出高效低毒药剂来防治草地贪夜蛾,选择6种常见杀虫剂对湖南省岳阳市临湘市大豆玉米带状复合种植田的草地贪夜蛾进行田间防效试验。试验结果表明,9%甲维·茚虫威SC对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果最好,药后7、14 d的防效分别为85.63%、78.87%;其次是200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC和11.6%甲维·氯虫苯SC。此外,将8000 IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC与400亿孢子/g孢球白僵菌WG以3︰1比例混合使用,具有一定的防治效果,且持效性较好。在大豆玉米带状复合种植田,草地贪夜蛾的应急防治可推荐使用9%甲维·茚虫威SC或200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC,发生早期可用8000 IU/μL苏云金杆菌SC与400亿孢子/g孢球白僵菌WG复配喷施进行生物防治。In order to screen out highly effective and low-toxic pesticides for the control of Spodoptera frugiperda,six common insecticides were selected for field control tests on S.frugiperda in the soybean-maize intercropping fields of Linxiang City,Yueyang City,Hunan Province.The results showed that the field efficacy of the emamectin benzoate·indoxacarb 9%SC had the best control effect on S.frugiperda,with the control effects of 85.63%and 78.87%at 7 and 14 days after application,respectively;Followed by the chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC and emamectin benzoate·chlorantraniliprole 11.6%SC.In addition,the mixture of Bacillus thuringiensis 8000 IU/μL SC with Beauveria bassiana 40 billion spores/g WG in a ratio of 3:1 had a certain control effect and good persistence.It is recommended that emamectin benzoate·indoxacarb 9%SC or chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC can be used for emergency control of S.frugiperda in soybean-maize intercropping fields.In the early occurrence stages,a combination of bacillus thuringiensis 8000 IU/μL SC and beauveria bassiana 40 billion spores/g WG can be applied as a biological control measure.
