摘　　要：分析高校学报隐性学术不端论文的特点、表现形式及造成隐性学术不端的种种因素,提出在应对及治理隐性学术不端方面的对策:学报编辑可通过经验、人机结合的方式对隐性学术不端进行判断、检测、核实,并不断提升自身的职业素养与敏锐度、扩大知识视野,培养对于隐性学术不端的洞察力及治理能力与责任;高校应加强师生的学术诚信教育与改革不利于科研发展的学术评价与考核机制。To analyze the characteristics,manifestations,and various factors of hidden academic misconduct in university journals,this paper proposes countermeasures for addressing and managing hidden academic misconduct.Analyze the causes,prevention,and governance strategies of hidden academic misconduct in universities through case studies:Journal editors can judge,identify,and detect hidden academic misconduct through experience and a combination of human and machine skills,continuously improve their professional qualities and sensitivity,expand their knowledge horizons,and cultivate their insight,governance ability,and responsibility for hidden academic misconduct;Universities should strengthen the academic integrity of education of teachers and students,and reform the academic evaluation and assessment mechanisms that are not conducive to scientific research development.
