基于湖南居民体质特点的风湿病预防足疗的研究与推广

摘　　要：湖南气候湿润,湿邪之气较重,易侵袭人体,损伤阳气;加之湖南传统饮食过于辛辣,在一定程度上会加重脾胃运化负担,导致湿邪难以祛除。因此,风湿性疾病在湖南居民中的发作普遍。而足底与器官、经络间存在一定内在联系刺激足底将有效防治风湿病,足疗在现代医学治疗类风湿中,也有一定应用,足疗在预防风湿病方面具有不可替代的作用。足疗在湖南地区的推广较大的经济效益与社会效益,在促进经济发展,加强全民健康方面有着不可或缺的作用。Hunan has a humid climate,and the Qi of dampness and evil is heavier,which is easy to invade the human body and damage Yang Qi;In addition,the traditional diet in Hunan is too spicy,which will increase the burden of spleen and stomach transportation to a cer-tain extent,resulting in the difficulty of eliminating dampness.Therefore,the onset of rheumatic diseases is common in Hunan residents.There is a certain internal relationship between the plantar and organs,meridians and collaterals.Stimulating the plantar will effectively pre-vent and treat rheumatism.Foot therapy has also been applied in modern medicine for rheumatoid arthritis.Foot therapy has an irreplace-able role in preventing rheumatism.The popularization of foot therapy in Hunan has great economic and social benefits,and plays an indis-pensable role in promoting economic development and strengthening national health.
