摘　　要：重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者病情较重,且病情进展速度快,故需要对其开展针对性监测及治疗措施。临床实践显示,大部分ICU危重症患者伴有营养不良情况,临床多采取肠内营养支持以改善此类情况,虽可补充机体营养,但也可导致胃排空延迟、腹胀、呕吐等消化系统并发症发生,不利于病情好转,降低生活质量。这就要求进一步提升临床护理水平,增强护理工作质量。综合护理是涵盖了患者生理、心理、社会等多个维度的需求的优质措施,可保证护理质量、效率。层级护理模式通过对医务人员进行培训和完善人员工作分配,以及加强协调工作等各个方面进行层级管理,从而使护理流程更为规范,增强护理质量。本次就温州市人民医院2022年1月-2024年3月收治的112例ICU危重症患者进行研究,旨在探讨综合护理结合层级护理模式对ICU危重症患者消化系统并发症发生率、生活质量的影响。Patients in the intensive care unit(ICU)have severe conditions and rapid disease progression,so targeted monitoring and treat-ment measures are needed.Clinical practice has shown that most critically ill patients in the ICU are accompanied by malnutrition,and enteral nutrition support is often adopted to improve this condition.Although it can supplement the body's nutrition,it can also lead to diges-tive system complications such as delayed gastric emptying,bloating,and vomiting,which is not conducive to improving the condition and reducing the quality of life.This requires further improvement of clinical nursing level and enhancement of nursing work quality.Compre-hensive nursing is a high-quality measure that covers multiple dimensions of patients'physiological,psychological,and social needs,ensur-ing the quality and efficiency of nursing care.The hierarchical nursing model involves training medical personnel,improving personnel work allocation,and strengthening coordination in various aspects of hierarchical management,in order to standardize the nursing process and enhance nursing quality.This study aims to investigate the impact of a comprehensive nursing combined with hierarchical nursing model on the incidence of digestive system complications and quality of life in 112 critically ill ICU patients admitted to Wenzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024.
