摘　　要：本文旨在探讨护理专业学生的职业态度现状,并分析其对未来职业发展的潜在影响。通过综述相关文献与实地调研,文章揭示了当前护理专业学生职业态度的主要特征,进一步讨论了这些态度如何作用于学生的职业规划、职业满意度及职业成就感。研究发现,积极的职业态度对于护理专业学生的职业发展具有显著的正面效应,而消极态度则可能构成职业成长的障碍。因此,培养护理专业学生良好的职业态度至关重要。This article aims to explore the current status of nursing students'professional attitudes and analyze their potential impact on future career development.By reviewing relevant literature and conducting field research,this article reveals the main characteristics of the current professional attitudes of nursing students,and further discusses how these attitudes affect students'career planning,career satisfac-tion,and career achievement.Research has found that a positive professional attitude has a significant positive effect on the career develop-ment of nursing students,while a negative attitude may constitute an obstacle to career growth.Therefore,it is crucial to cultivate a good pro-fessional attitude among nursing students.
