新时代提升社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力的原则与路径研究

摘　　要：党的二十大报告明确提出了“建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态”这一重要命题,为我们在新时代做好意识形态工作提供了根本遵循。新时代提升社会主义意识形态的凝聚力和引领力不仅是应对新征程中重大风险挑战、维护意识形态安全的迫切需要,也是为奋进新征程注入强大精神动力的战略部署。社会主义意识形态的凝聚力与引领力深植于马克思主义所蕴含的科学性与人民性之中,中国特色社会主义建设的现实国情为其生成与发展提供了肥沃的土壤,而中国特色社会主义建设所取得的举世瞩目的非凡成就更是其生动彰显与有力强化。在新时代背景下,提升社会主义意识形态的凝聚力和引领力,应坚持“理论性与实践性、科学性与价值性、前提性与总体性、历史性与现实性”相统一的原则;为了更好地应对新形势下的新挑战,应将提升公信力、增强解释力、加强亲和力、固化保障力作为其主要优化路径。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),held in 2022,clearly put forward the vital proposition of“building a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leading capacity”,providing fundamental guidance for ideological work in the new era.Enhancing the cohesion and leading capacity of socialist ideology in the new era is not only an urgent necessity to address significant risks and challenges in the new journey and safeguard ideological security,but also a strategic deployment to inject powerful spiritual momentum into the new journey.The cohesion and leading capacity of socialist ideology are deeply embedded in the scientific nature and people-oriented essence of Marxism.Meanwhile,the realistic national conditions of building socialism with Chinese characteristics offer fertile soil for its growth and development.The remarkable achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics further demonstrate and strengthen its vitality.In the context of the new era,to enhance the cohesion and leading capacity of socialist ideology,we should adhere to the unified principles of combining theory with practice,science with value,precedence with totality,and historicity with reality.To better respond to the new challenges in the new situation,we must prioritize enhancing credibility,explanatory power,affinity,and guaranteed support as the main optimization paths.
