国际中文教育行业发展指数体系构建研究

摘　　要：本文通过数据采集,追踪国际中文教育行业新闻热点信息,挖掘世界范围内中文教育行业发展的规律与特点。同时,结合已抓取不同维度的行业发展数据,设计经济维度、行业维度、创新维度等多项指标,构建国际中文教育行业发展指数(ICEIDI)体系,综合评估各国中文教育发展情况。该体系包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、18个三级指标,运用CRITIC法客观赋予权重,先期抽取10个国家的数据做模型算法实验。结果表明,该算法可实现不同国别中文教育发展的综合评价,有效验证了指数体系的科学性。本文构建的指数体系可为监测世界范围内国际中文教育行业发展提供新思路,同时积累的行业发展数据为研发国际中文教育行业发展报告提供数据支持。This study tracks current news and trending hot topics in the international Chinese education industry field through comprehensive data collection,aiming to uncover the patterns and characteristics of Chinese education development across the globe.By integrating data from diverse dimensions,this study designs multiple indicators such as economy dimension,industry dimension and innovation dimension to construct the International Chinese Education Industry Development Indexes(ICEIDI).This system provides a comprehensive evaluation of Chinese education development in various countries.The ICEIDI comprises three primary indicators,nine secondary indicators,and eighteen tertiary indicators,with weights assigned objectively using the CRITIC method.Preliminary experiments using data from ten countries demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can effectively achieve a comprehensive evaluation of Chinese education development across different countries,thereby validating the scientific nature of the index system.The index system constructed in this study offers new perspectives for monitoring the global development of the international Chinese education industry and the accumulated industry development data serves as a valuable resource for compiling development reports on the international Chinese education industry.
