摘  要:【目的】苹果产业,作为一种劳动密集型行业,其发展在很大程度上受到劳动力管理的影响。长期以来,对工人的监督与管理一直是该产业发展的关键点,同时也是其面临的挑战。本文作者旨在深入探讨苹果产业在雇工管理方面所遭遇的困境,并提出相应的策略以提升管理效率。【方法】通过理论分析与模糊综合评价法,对太行山区浆水镇的苹果产业雇工管理状况进行了深入探讨。【结果】针对浆水镇的苹果产业面临着劳动力供需的不稳定性,以及雇工管理方式的不足。提出构建苹果产业雇工的区域性协同管理体系。在整合企业、合作社、村集体以及政府等多方力量,通过相互协调和共同管理,以解决农户因资源和能力限制而产生的管理效率低下的问题。还将探讨各经营主体应发挥的作用,并对浆水镇雇工协同管理体系的实际发展状况进行实地调查研究。【结论】构建协同管理体系是提升苹果产业雇工管理的有效途径。该体系能够充分发挥各方作用,形成管理合力,实现劳动力资源的优化配置,促进苹果产业的健康发展。目前浆水镇苹果产业雇工协同管理体系还不完善,存在较大发展空间。[Objective] As a labor-intensive industry,the development of the apple industry is largely influenced by the employment process.For a long time,the supervision and management of workers has been both a key anddifficult point in the development of the apple industry.Therefore,this article aims to explore the difficulties in employee management in the apple industry and propose methods to improve management efficiency.[Methods]This article uses theoretical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the management of employment in the apple industry in Jiangshui Town,Taihang Mountains.[Results]At present,the labor supply and demand in the apple industry in Jiangshui Town are unstable,and there are deficiencies in the management of employees.Therefore,this article proposes a regional collaborative management system for apple industry employees,which introduces the roles of enterprises,cooperatives,village collectives,and governments into the management of labor,coordinates and jointly manages them to compensate for the low efficiency of management caused by individual farmers due to their limited resources and abilities.The roles that each operating entity should play are discussed,and the development of the collaborative management system for employees in Jiangshui Town is investigated on site.[Conclusion]Building a collaborative management system is an effective way to enhance employee management in the Apple industry.This system can fully leverage the roles of all parties,form a management synergy,optimize the allocation of labor resources,and promote the healthy development of the apple industry.At present,the collaborative management system for apple industry employees in Jiangshui Town is not yet perfect,and there is significant room for development.
