摘  要:藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)中含有多种营养成分与活性物质,具有丰富均衡的营养价值,其籽粒中蜕皮激素含量较多。【目的】为了促进藜麦蜕皮激素的相关体系的发展,实现产量的稳定,为藜麦蜕皮激素在食品、生物和医药等领域提供科学理论依据。【方法】综述了藜麦蜕皮激素的研究现状、生物活性以及其结构组成。【结果】藜麦蜕皮激素具有促进核酸及蛋白质的合成、抗氧化、抗肥胖、抗糖尿病、抗炎、增强记忆力以及抗衰老等多种生物学功能。【结论】为藜麦蜕皮激素的进一步研究和开发提供一定的参考价值。Quinoa contains a variety of nutrients and active substances,which has rich and balanced nutritional value,and its grains contain more ecdysone.[Objective]The objective of this study is to promote the development of quinoa ecdysone related system,to achieve stable yield,and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for quinoa ecdysone in the fields of food,biology and medicine.[Methods]The research status,biological activity and structure of quinoa ecdysone were reviewed.[Results]and the results showed that quinoa ecdysone had various biological functions such as promoting nucleic acid and protein synthesis,anti-oxidation,anti-obesity,anti-diabetic,anti-inflammatory,memory enhancement and anti-aging.[Conclusion]This study provides a certain reference value for the further research and development of quinoa ecdysone.
