摘 要:叶轮叶片数与叶轮内外径比的匹配优化设计对提升多翼离心风机气动性能有着重要的影响。本文采用数值模拟方法,对三种不同叶片数的多翼离心风机的气动性能进行数值研究。在保持风机其它结构参数不变的情况下,分析了七种不同叶轮内外径比耦合叶片数变化的多翼离心风机的内部流动特性及其相应的气动性能,揭示了叶轮叶片数和叶轮内外径比的耦合设计对多翼离心风机气动性能的影响规律。结果表明:对于叶片数分别为60,62,66的叶轮,随着叶片数的增大,多翼离心风机出口流量和全压也增大。随着内外径比的增大,多翼离心的气动性能有显著的变化;出口流量和全压呈现先增大后减小的趋势,内外径比为0.83时,出口流量和全压最大。The matching optimization design of impeller blade number and inner-to-outer diameter ratio has a significant impact on the aerodynamic performance of multi-blade centrifugal fans.In this study,numerical simulation methods are employed to investigate the aerodynamic performance of three different blade numbers of the multi-blade centrifugal fan.The influence of 7 kinds of different inner-to-outer diameter ratio matching different blade numbers on the internal flow characteristics and aerodynamic performance of multi-blade centrifugal fans are analyzed.The result reveals the coupling effect between impeller blade number and inner-to-outer diameter ratios on the aerodynamic performance of the multi-blade centrifugal fan.The results indicate that for impellers with blade numbers of 60,62,and 66,as the number of blades increases,the outlet flow rate and total pressure of the multi-blade centrifugal fan increases.With an increasing inner-to-outer diameter ratios,the aerodynamic performance of the multi-blade centrifugal fan undergoes significant changes;the outlet flow rate and total pressure exhibit a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximum values when the inner-to-outer diameter ratio is 0.83.
