摘 要:针对服装可持续消费行为践行难度大的问题,本文以行为溢出理论为基础,分析研究了可持续消费行为中的削减行为和效率行为的溢出机制。基于文献研究基础之上,构建了包含削减行为、效率行为及环保自我认同、政策宣传4个变量在内的理论模型,并通过问卷调查进行实地调研,回收有效问卷1097份,深入探究了以上两种行为之间的积极溢出效应及其影响机制。研究结果显示,削减行为对其后续效率行为的实施能够产生积极影响,环保自我认同在其中起中介作用;同时,政策宣传作为外部因素,能够正向调节削减行为到效率行为的溢出关系,而在削减行为和环保自我认同关系间起负向调节作用。由此可见,通过增强环保自我认同、加大政策宣传能够有效引导消费者参与削减行为,并激发其后续的效率行为,从而产生更广泛的环境效益,推动服装可持续消费行为更高效的普及和实践。With the proposal of the“Dual carbon”goals,China’s textile and garment industry is facing opportunities and challenges.In view of the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the textile and garment industry,it is urgent to accelerate the sustainable development of the textile and garment industry.Research indicates that achieving sustainability necessitates a collective shift in public behavior towards the adoption of sustainable consumption practices and green lifestyles.Therefore,actively promoting sustainable consumption behaviors among the general population is essential for advancing the sustainable development of the textile and garment industry.Through an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current sustainable consumption behavior of Chinese consumers,it is found that the majority of consumers’behaviors are mainly focused on curtailment behaviors with relatively low environmental benefits,while the practice of efficiency behaviors with high environmental benefits is not optimistic.Based on this situation,it is of great significance to explore the transformation path and mechanism of promoting the reduction behavior to the efficiency behavior for improving the sustainable consumption behavior of Chinese residents.To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the conversion process of behaviors,this study first constructed a theoretical model based on literature research,incorporating four variables:curtailment behavior,efficiency behavior,environmental self-identity,and policy publicity.This model was developed by applying the theories of behavioral spillover effects and self-knowledge,leading to the formulation of relevant hypotheses and the creation of a measurement scale informed by previous research findings.Subsequently,a large-scale nationwide questionnaire survey was administered to the sustainable consumption population.After excluding invalid questionnaires that were incomplete,excessively brief,or contained logical inconsistencies in responses,a total of 1097 valid questionnai
