摘 要:为了快速、有效、低成本地指导凉感针织物的设计,预测织物的接触冷感系数和传热系数,文章利用有限元仿真模拟凉感锦纶针织物的热传递过程。以9块凉感锦纶纬平针织物为研究对象,在Pierce纬平针织物线圈理论的基础上进行改进,采取7个型值点构建NURBS中心样条曲线描绘曲线路径,构建出贴近真实形态的织物线圈模型。首先将其导入Solid works软件中建立恒温发热板—织物—热检测板装配体,再依次对模型进行修正分割和空气层装配,最后在ANSYS workbench仿真软件中赋予材料属性、网格划分和提交求解。仿真结果显示,接触凉感系数和传热系数的平均模拟误差分别为2.4%、4.8%,表明该模型可有效模拟针织物热传递性,预测出针织物的接触凉感系数、传热系数,能用于指导凉感针织物设计。The thermal conductivity of fabrics is an important indicator that determines the comfort level of human clothing under different temperature conditions.For example,if the local climate temperature formed by heat transfer and transmission between the human body,clothing,and external environment is suitable,the human body will feel comfortable.Therefore,testing and evaluating the heat transfer of fabrics,and exploring the heat transfer of fabrics in the human clothing environment system,can help guide the design and production of clothing materials and improve the comfort of human clothing.Traditional textile or clothing heat transfer properties are usually tested using experimental equipment such as insulation devices or warm body dummies.Although this evaluation method yields accurate results,it takes a long time,consumes a lot of raw materials,and involves most expensive instruments.With the continuous development of computer software and hardware,simulating the heat transfer of fabrics through simulation technology has shown great advantages.It can not only shorten testing time and reduce raw material costs,but also provide important theoretical basis for in-depth research on heat transfer mechanisms.However,existing research mostly utilizes finite element technology to analyze the relationship between steady-state heat transfer between fabrics and the external environment,and lacks research on instantaneous heat transfer of fabrics.With the increasingly significant global greenhouse effect,summer temperatures have repeatedly hit new highs in recent years,so the development of cool fabrics has received more and more attention.In response to this situation,this article takes cool nylon fabrics as an example and selects nine cool nylon flat knitted fabrics as research objects.Firstly,based on the Pierce flat knitted fabric coil theory,improvements are made by constructing NURBS center spline curves with seven shape points to depict the curve path,and constructing a fabric coil model that is close to the real sha
