摘　　要：在现代工业自动化技术中,EtherCAT总线技术以实时性高和传输速度快的优势在自动化设备中得到了广泛应用。然而,在实际应用中,EtherCAT总线掉线问题时有发生,成为影响自动化设备稳定性和可靠性的重要因素。通过分析EtherCAT总线掉线的原因,提出有效的解决方案,以提高自动化系统的稳定性和可靠性。In modern industrial automation technology,EtherCAT bus technology has been widely used in automation equipment due to its advantages of high real-time performance and fast transmission speed.However,in practical applications,EtherCAT bus disconnection problems often occur,becoming an important factor affecting the stability and reliability of automation equipment.This paper aims to analyze the reasons for EtherCAT bus disconnection and propose effective solutions to improve the stability and reliability of automation systems.
