摘　　要：新型冠状病毒已经与人类社会长期共存,新型冠状病毒感染后综合征(长新冠)患者也日益增多。“长新冠”患者最常见的心血管症状为血液高凝状态导致的静脉血栓形成,从而伴发多种类型的心血管症状,包括急性心肌梗死、心律失常等。目前云南省尚无专业、科学、规范的“长新冠”静脉血栓形成诊疗的专家共识,参考国内外文献成果以及国内多部新冠病毒感染后诊疗专家共识,结合云南省防治新型冠状病毒感染后心血管疾病诊疗的临床经验,经过云南省心血管、呼吸、感染等领域专家的多轮会议研讨,最终制定本专家共识。通过阐述新型冠状病毒感染后综合征静脉血栓形成的发病机制、诊治要点、药物选择、临床转归,对心血管疾病学科及相关学科医师开展“长新冠”静脉血栓形成后的诊疗工作提供理论依据,也为云南省“长新冠”静脉血栓形成患者提供有效、规范、专业的诊疗方案。The novel coronavirus has coexisted with human society for a long time,and the number of patients with post-infection syndrome of COVID-19(long COVID)is also increasing.The most common cardiovascular symptoms in“long COVID”patients are venous thrombosis caused by blood hypercoagulability,which is accompanied by various types of cardiovascular symptoms,including acute myocardial infarction,arrhythmias,etc.Currently,there is no professional,scientific and standardized expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of venous thrombosis in“long COVID”patients in Yunnan Province.Refer to the achievements of domestic and foreign literature and several expert consensuses on the diagnosis and treatment of post-COVID-19 infection in China,combined with the clinical experience of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases after COVID-19 infection in Yunnan Province,this expert consensus has been formulated through several rounds of meetings and discussions of experts in the fields of cardiology,respiratory medicine,and infectious diseases in Yunnan Province.By elaborating on the pathogenesis,main points of diagnosis and treatment,drug selection,and clinical outcome of venous thrombosis in post-infection syndrome of COVID-19,it provides theoretical basis for physicians in the field of cardiovascular diseases and related disciplines to carry out the diagnosis and treatment of venous thrombosis after“long COVID.”It also provides effective,standardized and professional diagnostic and treatment plans for“long COVID”venous thrombosis patients in Yunnan Province.
