摘　　要：目的探讨AF患者血清中LPS、血浆中IL-4及IL-6水平变化及相关性。方法选取2023年2月-2023年8月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院老年心脏内科住院,确诊为心房颤动的成年患者80例作为房颤组,另选取同期住院的窦性心律患者67例作为窦律组,测定2组患者血清LPS、血浆IL-4及IL-6的水平,对比分析2组患者这三项指标的差异及其与心房颤动的相关性。结果心房颤动患者血清LPS、血浆IL-6水平高于窦性心律患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同心律对患者血浆IL-4水平无明显影响。结论心房颤动患者的病情越严重,则其血清LPS、血浆IL-6水平越高,能一定程度反映心房颤动患者病情的严重程度。Objective To investigate the changes and correlation of serum lipopolysaccharide(LPS),plasma interleukin 4(IL-4)and interleukin 6(IL-6)levels in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 80 adult patients diagnosed with AF who were hospitalized in the Department of Geriatric Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the AF group,another 67 patients with sinus rhythm who were hospitalized in the same period were selected as the sinus rhythm group,and the levels of serum LPS,plasma IL-4 and IL-6 of the two groups were measured,the differences in these three indicators and their correlation with AF were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Serum LPS and plasma IL-6 levels were higher in patients with atrial fibrillation than those in patients with sinus rhythm,and the differences were statistically significant;plasma IL-4 levels were not significantly affected by different heart rhythms.Conclusions The more serious the condition of patients with atrial fibrillation,the higher the levels of serum LPS and plasma IL-6,which can reflect the severity of patients with atrial fibrillation to a certain extent.
