摘　　要：目的了解云南省高血压及糖脂代谢异常的流行病学现状,为我省慢性病防控提供理论依据。方法数据来源于2020年“中国居民心血管病及其危险因素监测”云南省6个监测点18岁及以上居民共9600人进行的问卷调查、血压及血糖、血脂数据,统计分析云南省18岁及以上居民的高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症及其共病的患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率情况。结果云南省18岁及以上居民高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症患病率分别为30.40%、8.89%、29.55%。共病的发生与性别、文化程度、民族无关,随着年龄和BMI的增长,代谢紊乱综合征的发病率逐渐增高。结论云南省高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症患病率较高,控制情况不佳,应积极推进“三高共管”模式,探索更高效的慢病防控策略。Objective To understand the epidemiological status of hypertension abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in Yunnan province,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in Yunnan Province.Methods The data came from the questionnaire survey,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid of 9600 residents aged 18 years and above in 6 monitoring sites in Yunnan Province in 2020 under the“Cardiovascular Disease and Risk Factors Monitoring in Chinese Residents”.The prevalence,awareness rate,treatment and control rates of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and their comorbidities among residents aged 18 years and above in Yunnan province were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia among residents aged 18 years and above in Yunnan Province were 30.40%,8.89%and 29.55%,respectively.The occurrence of comorbidities was independent of gender,education level and ethnicity,and increased with age and BMI,the incidence of metabolic disorder syndrome gradually increased.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipidemia is high and the control situation is poor in Yunnan Province.It is necessary to actively promote the“three-high co-management”model and explore more efficient strategies for chronic disease prevention and control.
