摘 要:目的探究高频联合低频探头检查对瘢痕子宫合并前置(或低置)胎盘植入的诊断效能。方法选取本院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的149例疑似瘢痕子宫合并胎盘植入的患者。所有患者均行高频线阵探头、低频凸阵探头超声单独检查与联合检查,以病理结果为“金标准”,分析联合检查对胎盘植入的诊断效能。结果联合检查检出胎盘植入均高于单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单独检查检出胎盘植入两两对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本结果显示,高频线阵探头、低频凸阵探头及联合检查对胎盘植入诊断的灵敏度分别为78.31%、74.69%、91.57%,准确度分别为81.88%、81.21%、93.29%,联合检查的敏感度、准确度均高于单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特异度三种检查对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频联合低频探头检查有利于提高胎盘植入的诊断效能。Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of high frequency combined with low frequency probe in the diagnosis of scarred uterus with placenta previa(or low placement).Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,149 patients with suspected scar uterus complicated with placenta implantation admitted to our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by single and combined examination of high-frequency linear array probe and low-frequency convex array probe,and the pathological results were used as the“gold standard”to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of combined examination for placenta accreta.Results The detection rate of placenta implantation by combined examination was higher than that by single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant in detection rate of in pairwise of placenta implantation by single examination(P>0.05).This results showed that the sensitivity of high-frequency linear array probe,low-frequency convex array probe and combined examination in the diagnosis of placenta implantation was 78.31%,74.69%and 91.57%,respectively,and the accuracy was 81.88%,81.21%and 93.29%,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination were higher than that of single examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in specificity among the three tests(P>0.05).Conclusions High frequency combined with low frequency probe can improve the diagnostic efficiency of placenta accreta.
