摘　　要：目的探究分析BNP、CK-MB、cTnI水平联合检验对慢性肾衰竭患者心功能的评估价值。方法抽取自2020年5月-2023年5月期间本院收住的587例慢性肾衰竭患者为观察对象,依据心功能受损情况(NYHA心功能分级标准)分为四组,分别为观察1组(I级,194例)、观察2组(II级,156例)、观察3组(III级,138例)、观察4组(IV级,99例)。再选择同期于本院接受健康体检的200名人员设为对照组,分别检测观察和对照5组人员BNP、CK-MB、cTnI水平。结果BNP、CK-MB、cTnI指标水平高低排序为观察4组>观察3组>观察2组>观察1组>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于单项检验,联合检验评估心功能损伤I级、II级、III级和IV级的准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BNP、CK-MB、cTnI水平联合检验对慢性肾衰竭患者心功能的评估价值显著,可以根据其水平变化来鉴别诊断心功能受损情况。Objective To explore the assessment value of BNP,CK-MB and cTnI levels combined tests on cardiac function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 587 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the cardiac function impairment(NYHA cardiac function grading standard),they were divided into four groups:observation group 1(Grade I 194 cases),observation group 2(Grade II 156 cases),observation group 3(Grade III 138 cases)and observation group 4(Grade IV 99 cases).Then 200 individuals who underwent health examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and BNP,CK-MB,and cTnI levels were measured in the observation and control groups.Results 1.The ranking of BNP,CK-MB,and cTnI index levels was observation group 4>observation group 3>observation group 2>observation group 1>control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);2.Compared with the single test,the combined test had higher accuracy in evaluating grade I,II,III,and IV of cardiac dysfunction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined test of BNP,CK-MB,and cTnI levels has significant value in evaluating cardiac function in patients with chronic renal failure,and can differentiate the cardiac function impairment according to its level change.
