摘　　要：目的 探究健康管理师介入对慢性心力衰竭患者全程管理的影响。方法 选取心内科2021年4月-2023年3月慢性心力衰竭住院患者60例,将60例患者随机平均分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规全程管理方法干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受健康管理师介入的全程管理干预,对比分析2组患者的七大指标。结果 干预后经χ^(2)检验观察组和对照组服药依从性、生活方式、EF比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),6min步行试验、BNP、cTnI、满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通过健康管理师全程化管理慢性心力衰竭病人,改善病人不良生活方式,加强其用药依从性,为病人回院复诊提供全流程的咨询,最终能降低病人复发和病死率,改善其生活质量,提高病人及家属满意度。Objective To explore the impact of health manager intervention on the whole process management of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure in the Department of Cardiology from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was intervened with by conventional whole process management methods,while the experimental group received whole process management intervention by health managers on the basis of the control group.Seven indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Six months after the intervention,medication compliance,lifestyle and EF were better in experimental group than those in control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no significant differences in other indexes(P<0.05).Conclusions The whole process management of chronic heart failure patients with health management intervention is better than the conventional whole process management.
