摘　　要：目的运用贝叶斯网状Meta分析比较中药治疗甲亢性白细胞减少疗效的差异。方法系统性检索六大数据库中关于中药治疗甲亢性白细胞减少的RCT文献,共纳入17篇文献,涉及13种中药。采用RevMan5.3、ADDIS1.16.6和Stata 15.0软件对符合纳入排除标准的RCT进行质量评价和贝叶斯网络Meta分析。结果依据总有效率:益气生血方>生白升血胶囊+芪夏消瘿汤>参麦注射液、银耳孢糖。结论益气生血方可能是治疗甲亢性白细胞减少患者的最佳药物,尚有待临床验证。Objective Bayesian network meta-analysis is use to compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of hyperthyroidism leukopenia.Methods A systematic search of RCT literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism leukopenia from six major databases included a total of 17 articles,involving 13 types of traditional Chinese medicine.The quality evaluation and Bayesian network meta-analysis of RCTs meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were performed by using RevMan5.3,ADDIS1.16.6 and Stata 15.0 software.Results According to the total effective rate:Yiqi Shengxue prescription>Shengbai Shengxue Capsule+Qixia Xiaoying Tang>Shenmai Injection and tremella fuciformis spore sugar.Conclusions The Yiqi Shengxue prescription may be the best drug for the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism leukopenia,but it still needs clinical validation.
