Objective To discuss the effect of training community doctors emergency treatment ability in medical alliance and trinity model. Methods Through a questionnaire survey, the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of emergency and critical treatment were evaluated among 145 community doctors in eight community health service centers in Chenggong District,Kunming City before and after training. Results A total of 145 community doctors were surveyed, and 121 community doctors had already participated in the training related to emergency and critical care.Among them,143 community doctors were willing to receive training to learn the theoretical knowledge and skills of common critical illness. The primary reasons for the 24 doctors did not participate in this training, they were mainly busy or had just entered the job. After short-term intensive training, community doctors had significantly improved their mastery of emergency and critical care(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the“trinity”training model reached 96.55%.Conclusions The“trinity”training model can effectively enhance the emergency and critical care ability of community doctors, and has positive significance for improving the quality of primary healthcare services.
