摘 要:目的探讨黄金万红膏对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法予黄金万红膏干预深Ⅱ度烫伤的建立SD大鼠,观察各组SD大鼠创面愈合情况,检测受损组织中Wnt信号通路的Wnt1、β-catenin mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果与模型组相比,实验组创口面积、愈合时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,实验组烫伤部位皮肤真皮层恢复较多,炎症细胞浸润减少。与模型组相比,实验组中Wnt 1 mRNA水平表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比模型组,实验组Wnt 1、β-catenin的蛋白表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄金万红膏可能通过调控Wnt信号通路,调节Wnt 1、β-catenin相关基因及蛋白的表达,起到促进深Ⅱ度烫伤创面修复的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangjinwanhong ointment on wound healing of deepⅡdegree scald in SD rats and its possible mechanism.Methods SD rats were treated with Huangjinwanhong ointment,and the wound healing of SD rats was observed.The expression of Wnt1 andβ-catenin mRNA and protein of Wnt signaling pathway in the damaged tissues were detected.Results Compared with model group,the difference of wound area and healing time in experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the dermis of the burn site in the experimental group recovered more and the inflammatory cell infiltration decreased.Compared with the model group,the mRNA level of Wnt 1 in the experimental group was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the protein expressions of WNT-1 andβ-catenin in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions Huangjinwanhong ointment may regulate the expression of Wnt 1 andβ-catenin related genes and proteins by regulating the Wnt signaling pathway,and play a role in promoting the wound repair of deepⅡdegree scald.
