“县—村”二级农村物流共同配送模式构建问题研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,农村居民参与电子商务越来越频繁,但是当前农村物流的配送体系依然存在一个难以解决的问题——“派件入户”。文章首先分析了该模式存在的问题,为了解决这些问题,构建了“县—村”二级农村物流共同配送体系,分别从共同配送主体构建、村级代收点选址和信息平台构建三个方面,阐述该模式的运营策略。通过该模式的应用,提高农村最后一公里配送的效率。With the rapid development of China's economy,rural residents are more and more frequently involved in e-commerce.However,"delivery to the door"is still a problem that is difficult to solve in the current rural logistics distribution system.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in this mode.In order to solve these problems,I have built a"county-village"two-level rural logistics joint distribution system.This model is realized from three aspects:The construction of joint distribution main body,the location of village collection point and the construction of information platform.The application of this model can improve the efficiency of the last kilometer distribution in rural areas.
