摘 要:文章基于静态DEA理论基础,结合Malmquist指数方法,对中部地区六个省份的面板数据进行测算,得到六个省份效率的动态发展趋势。基于Tobit回归模型,文章进一步研究了环境因素对物流效率值的影响,以探讨中部六省的物流业发展水平和制约效率提升的关键因素。研究结果表明:Malmquist指数分析方法弥补了静态DEA的研究不足,动态视角下省份的技术进步值下降,并导致全要素生产率水平降低。此外,河南省的综合效率值偏低,中部地区发展不均衡,显著制约物流发展的因素是地区发展水平。Based on the static DEA theory and combined with the Malmquist index method,this paper calculates the panel data of six provinces in the central region,and obtains the dynamic development trend of the efficiency of the six provinces.This paper further uses the Tobit model to study the impact of environmental factors on the value of logistics efficiency,so as to explore the level of development of the logistics industry in the six central provinces,as well as the key factors constraining the improvement of efficiency.The results of the study show that the Malmquist index analysis method makes up for the lack of DEA research,and the techch of the provinces under the dynamic perspective declines and leads to a lower level of tfpch.The comprehensive efficiency value of Henan Province is low,which means that the development of the central region is uneven,and the factor that significantly restricts the development of logistics is the level of regional development.
