摘 要:针对多层穿梭车系统的储位分配问题,构建多目标模型并设计两阶段禁忌搜索算法求解优化。首先结合多层穿梭车系统的作业流程分析储位分配的影响因素,同时考虑设备移动距离、货架重心、穿梭车任务量均衡性以及货箱之间关联性并确定各优化目标间的权重,然后以贪婪策略的启发式算法得到初始解并以改进禁忌搜索算法迭代优化方案,最后结合实例构建离散仿真模型评估算法的优化效果。结果表明该算法能在保障货架稳定的同时,减少设备搬运距离、提高穿梭车作业均衡性,以及降低订单出库的处理时间。Aiming at the storage location assignment for tierto-tier shuttle-based storage and retrieval system,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed and a two-stage tabu search algorithm is designed.Firstly,the factors affecting the storage location assignment were analyzed based on the operation process of the tier-to-tier shuttle-based storage and retrieval system,and the weight of each optimization objective was determined by considering the moving distance of the cargo box,the center of gravity of the rack,the balance of the shuttle task and the correlation between the cargo boxes.Then,the initial solution was obtained by the greedy heuristic algorithm and the iterative optimization scheme was improved by the tabu search algorithm.Finally,a discrete simulation model is constructed to evaluate the optimization effect of the algorithm.The results show that the algorithm can not only ensure the stability of the shelf,but also reduce the distance of equipment handling,improve the balance of equipment operations,and reduce the processing time of order delivery.
