摘　　要：2024年7月,欧洲肝病学会发布了最新版《欧洲肝病学会临床实践指南:肝移植》。该指南并未涵盖肝移植的所有方面,而是侧重于2016版指南发布以来的重要进展。本文对指南中的推荐意见进行摘译。In July 2024,the European Association for the Study of the Liver released the latest edition of EASL Clinical Practice Guidelines on liver transplantation.The purpose of the EASL guidelines presented here is not to cover all aspects of liver transplantation,but to focus on important advances since the release of the 2016 edition of EASL guidelines.This article gives an excerpt of the recommendations in the guidelines.
