摘　　要：慢性乙型肝炎作为我国常见传染病,是通过感染HBV引起机体的免疫应答而导致肝细胞损伤及炎症坏死。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种革兰阴性螺杆菌,能够在人胃黏膜定植并持续生存。近年来,有关Hp感染与HBV感染相关肝病之间的密切联系被越来越多的研究所证实。本文通过回顾近年来有关Hp感染与HBV感染相关肝病的文献,对其相关性进行探讨,分析表明Hp感染与HBV感染相关肝病之间存在相关性。慢性乙型肝炎患者对Hp的易感性会随着乙型肝炎的疾病进展而增加。同时Hp感染也可能会增加乙型肝炎肝硬化患者出现食管等静脉曲张破裂出血的发生率、提高肝性脑病的发生风险。因此,在临床中,对于HBV感染相关肝病患者,应重视Hp感染的筛查与治疗。As a common infectious disease in China,chronic hepatitis B is hepatocyte injury and inflammatory necrosis due to immune response caused by hepatitis B virus(HBV).Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a Gram-negative helicobacter that colonizes and persists in the human gastric mucosa.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have confirmed the close association between Hp infection and HBV-related liver diseases.This article reviews the articles on Hp infection and HBV-related liver diseases in recent years and discusses the association between Hp infection and HBV-related liver diseases,which shows the association between Hp infection and HBV-related liver diseases.The susceptibility to Hp in chronic hepatitis B patients increases with the progression of hepatitis B,and at the same time,Hp infection may increase the incidence rate of esophageal variceal rupture and hemorrhage and the risk of hepatic encephalopathy in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Therefore,the screening and treatment of Hp infection in patients with HBV-related liver diseases should be taken seriously in clinical practice.
