摘　　要：优质文化资源直达基层机制从本质上说就是公共文化产品与服务的供需精准匹配对接机制,让有限的文化资源产生最大实效。完善的设施体系、多元的供给方式、便捷的服务手段、适度的科技支撑是文化资源直达基层机制结构的核心要素,保证了机制的稳定性和可实现性。近年来大力推动的公共文化新空间建设,多元化供给主体参与及多样化供给体系协同,基于技术、活动与场所的服务手段创新,适度的技术赋能推动了优质文化资源更加快捷高效地直达基层。完善以公共文化新空间为重点的设施末梢体系、健全公共文化服务社会化制度、细化群众文化需求表达路径、强化公共文化设施总分馆制、激发基层群众文化治理活力是文化资源直达基层机制实现的重要保障。The mechanisms for channeling quality cultural resources directly to the community level are essentially a precise mechanism that matches the supply and demand of public cultural products and services,so that limited cultural resources can produce the greatest practical effect.A complete facility system,diversified supply methods,convenient service means,and appropriate technological support are the core elements of this mechanism,all of which ensure its stability and feasibility.In recent years,significant progress has been made in constructing new public cultural spaces,enhancing the participation of diversified supply entities,coordinating supply systems,and innovating service means through technological advancements.These efforts have accelerated and improved the efficiency of channeling quality cultural resources to the community level.Key strategies to ensure this mechanism’s success include enhancing the terminal facility system with a focus on new public cultural spaces,improving the socialization of public cultural services,refining channels for expressing people’s cultural needs,strengthening the main-branch system of public cultural facilities,and stimulating the vitality of grassroots cultural governance.
