科普驿站:推动科技创新的基层公共文化服务新模式

摘　　要：科学普及与基层公共文化服务相结合是贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神的创新思路,以创立“科普驿站”来推动建立优质公共文化资源直达基层机制,对于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。通过对我国基层公共文化服务现状的分析,认为其科学普及功能没有得到充分发挥,当前基层公共文化服务需要紧扣科学普及的特征要求推进“科普驿站”建设。在“科普驿站”的建设过程中,要紧紧围绕空间、资源与人3个基本要素,从科普主体、对象、载体、设施、形式、理念方法和人才培养7个方面建立机制,推动科学普及与科技创新有效融合。The combination of scientific popularization and grassroots public cultural services is an innovative idea to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee.It aims to establish high-quality mechanism for delivering public cultural resources directly to the grassroots communities through the development of science communication hub.It is of great significance for further deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization.Through the analysis of the current situation of grassroots public cultural services in China,it is believed that its scientific popularization function has not been fully utilized,and it is necessary to build science communication hub in accordance with the characteristics of scientific popularization.It is necessary to establish a mechanism around the three basic elements of space,resources,and people,and from seven aspects of science popularization:subject,object,carrier,facility,form,concept and method,and personnel training,so as to promote the effective integration of science popularization and scientific and technological innovation.
