摘  要:为了避免柴油机发电机组在运行过程中出现整机振动共振现象,通过模态试验掌握机组整机振动模态特性十分必要。为解决目前大质量柴油机发电机组隔振系统模态试验难以进行有效激励的问题,文中针对模态试验激励的需要,根据力学和电磁学原理,设计出了一套能对大质量动力机组隔振系统各阶整机振动模态进行有效激励的系统,并进行了模态试验。所设计的具有杠杆放大作用的电磁阶跃激励装置,能够使14.8 t的柴油机发电机组产生1~2 mm的位移,满足机组整机振动模态试验的阶跃激励需要。利用电磁激励装置结合机组模态特性进行的模态试验,能够激发出机组全部的6阶整机振动模态。该激励装置不仅满足了本柴油机发电机组隔振系统整机振动模态试验的迫切需要,也可普遍用于解决大质量动力装置隔振系统模态试验激励的难点。In order to avoid the resonance of the Diesel Engine Gen-set vibration during its operation,it is necessary to master the modal characteristics of the Gen-set through modal tests.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to effectively excite the vibration isolation system of large-mass diesel engine generator at present,this paper designs a set of system which can effectively excite the modal characteristics of the whole Gen-set of the vibration isolation system based on principles of mechanics and electromagnetism,and carries out modal tests.The designed electromagnetic step excitation device with lever amplification effect can make a 14.8 t diesel engine generator set produce a displacement of 1-2 mm,which meets the step excitation needs of the unit′s whole Gen-set vibration modal test.The modal test conducted by using the electromagnetic excitation device combined with the modal characteristics of the unit can excite all 6-level vibration modes of the Gen-set.This excitation device not only meets the urgent needs of the modal test of the isolation system of this diesel engine generator set,but also can be generally used to solve the difficulty of exciting the modal test of the isolation system of large mass power units.
